• Baby Essentials: These usually include practical items like a baby bag, blanket, a milk bottle, and some consumable items such as diapers.
• Feeding Accessories: You may also find useful items designed to help parents with feeding, such as a milk powder container.
• Comfort and Keepsake: A soft toy is often included to provide comfort and serve as a lovely keepsake. 
• Presentation and Celebration:
  To mark the joyous occasion, the hamper will typically include fresh flowers and attractive packaging.
•  Wellness Items for Parents: Many of our hampers are designed with the new parents in mind and often incorporate wellness products like Birdnest with Ginseng White Fungus & Rock Sugar or Brands Essence of Chicken, which are traditional health tonics to aid the mother's recovery.

Yes, we make it easy for you to choose a perfectly themed gift by offering options tailored to the baby's gender.

For all our baby hampers, the central gift set (which often includes clothing or colour coordinated accessories) will be tailored accordingly: a baby boy will receive a blue gift set, and a baby girl will receive a pink gift set.

If you prefer a gender-neutral presentation, you can opt for a hamper that features more neutral-coloured soft toys, packaging, and wellness items, though the core baby gift set will still be assigned the gender-specific colour if one is requested.

To ensure maximum usefulness for the new parents right away, the clothing items included in our standard baby hampers are sized specifically for newborn infants.

This sizing is appropriate for babies freshly arrived and ensures the parents can utilise the clothes immediately during the first weeks of the baby's life. If you require clothes in a larger size (e.g., 3–6 months), we recommend contacting our customer service team to discuss a custom arrangement or adding a separate, larger item from our add on collections.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery. Delivery within Singapore is charged at $9.81 (including GST) for all items per recipient at a single location.

Yes, there are surcharges for locations that require special access or are remote:

• Sentosa: An additional delivery charge of $13.08 (including GST) applies.
• Airport Cargo Complex, Army Camp, and Airline Road: An additional delivery charge of $27.25 (including GST) applies.
• Jurong Island: An additional delivery charge of $43.60 (including GST) applies.

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM on a working day. We also offer next-day delivery.

Please note that orders going to locations with special access requirements, such as Airport Cargo Complex, Army Camp, Airline Road, and Jurong Island, must be placed at least 1 working day (before 5:30 PM) before the intended delivery date.

To ensure efficient routing and timely delivery across Singapore, we schedule deliveries within two primary time slots: 

• Morning/Early Afternoon Slot: 9 AM – 2 PM 
• Afternoon/Evening Slot: 2 PM – 6 PM 

We seek your kind understanding that requests for a specific delivery time or a very short time frame (such as 10 AM – 11 AM) cannot be guaranteed. This is because our delivery routes are scheduled daily by the drivers based on the most efficient logistics to serve all customers on time. We guarantee delivery within the chosen time slot.

We have a clear procedure in place to manage attempted deliveries when the recipient is unavailable, ensuring the safety of your gift and offering a solution for redelivery.

• Initial Action: Our customer service team or driver will first attempt to contact the recipient. If they are still not around, the delivery personnel will typically take a picture and send it to the recipient through WhatsApp to confirm the location of the safely left gift (e.g., at the doorstep or with a security guard), where permitted. 
• Redelivery: In the event that the gift cannot be safely left or the recipient requires a second attempt, we can redeliver the gift at the next available date and time zone at a charge of $13.08 (including GST).

Yes, sending a baby hamper directly to the hospital is one of the most popular ways to congratulate new parents, and we handle these deliveries routinely. We are happy to confirm that all local hospitals accept hamper deliveries.

When ordering for a hospital delivery, please ensure you provide the recipient's full name, ward and bed number (if known), and their mobile number to facilitate a smooth handover, as hospital policies may require the driver to meet the recipient at the lobby or a designated drop-off point.

Yes, we understand that a personal message is an essential part of your gift, and we are pleased to offer this service.

 You can personalise your complimentary card message directly through our website before adding the chosen hamper to your cart. The process is straightforward: simply choose your desired hamper, select the ‘Greeting Card’ option, and input the required details: the occasion, the recipient's name, your thoughtful gift message (with a maximum limit of 400 characters), your closing salutation, and the sender's name.
