You can easily personalise your complimentary card message directly through our website. Simply choose your desired hamper and, before adding it to your cart, select the ‘Greeting Card’ option. You will then be prompted to input all the necessary details: the occasion, the recipient's name, your thoughtful gift message (with a maximum limit of 400 characters), your closing salutation, and the sender’s name.  

This ensures your warm wishes are delivered alongside the festive treats.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery for our Christmas hampers. Delivery within Singapore is charged at $9.81 (including GST) for all items per recipient at a single location.

Additional charges apply for areas requiring special logistics: 

• Sentosa: An additional delivery charge of $13.08 (including GST) applies. 
• Airport Cargo Complex, Army Camp, and Airline Road: An additional delivery charge of $27.25 (including GST) applies.
• Jurong Island: The highest surcharge applies here, at $43.60 (including GST).

We strive to process and dispatch a standard hamper order within 1 working day from the time the order is confirmed, and payment is received. This swift turnaround ensures that your hamper enters the delivery queue as soon as possible, allowing for timely delivery, provided you have met the Christmas cutoff dates.

Unfortunately, you cannot request delivery to multiple addresses in a single bulk order checkout.

We have a robust and clear procedure in place to manage attempted deliveries when the recipient is unavailable, ensuring your gift is handled safely.

• Initial Action: Our delivery personnel will first attempt to contact the recipient via phone. If they are still not around, the driver will typically take a picture and send it to the recipient through WhatsApp to confirm the location of the safely left gift (e.g., left with a neighbour, at the security counter, or by the doorstep), where it is permitted to leave the item.
• Redelivery: In the event that the gift cannot be safely left or the recipient requires a second delivery attempt, we can arrange to redeliver the gift at the next available date and time zone at a charge of $13.08 (including GST).

 Yes, we do deliver to hospitals. We are experienced in handling these deliveries and coordinating with the hospital's drop-off protocols. 

Generally, there are no specific restrictions from our side on what can be delivered to hospitals. However, as hospital policies regarding visitors and accepting deliveries (especially large items) can change frequently, we strongly advise you to provide the recipient's full name, ward and bed number (if known), and their mobile number. We also recommend that you check with the hospital directly beforehand to ensure the patient is still admitted and that the specific ward has no restrictions on fresh food or flower items, which can sometimes be the case in intensive care or high-dependency units.
