Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled.If need to be cancelled there will be a 50% cancellation fee impose to the order.The company will only refund back 50% of the total amount of the order.
Delivery charge within Singapore is at $9.81(incl. Gst) for all items per recipient at per single location.
Additional delivery charge to Sentosa is at $13.08(incl. Gst) for all items per recipient at per single location.
Additional delivery charge to Airport Cargo Complex, Army Camp and Airline Road is $27.25(incl. Gst) for all items per recipient at per single location
Additional delivery charge to Jurong Island is at $43.60(incl. Gst) for all items per recipient at per single location.
Our Customer Service Officers will contact you shortly to process the additional charges. These orders are to be made at least 1 working day (before 530pm) before delivery date.
When placing your order. please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. In the event that the recipient is not around, we can redeliver the gift at the next available date and time zone at a charge of $13.08(incl. Gst).
We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time or short time frame(10 - 11am) cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers' delivery routes scheduled for that day.

Delivery to Jurong Island or Marina Bay Sands.

For security reasons, Jurong Island or Marina Bay Sands (MBS) security office requires recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle. As such, recipient need to call Jurong Island or MBS's security office to arrange the necessary paperwork . We regret to inform that we will not be responsible for non-delivery if the recipient fails to arrange the above.

We understand that it is of utmost important to ensure your gift to be delivered on time. Therefore we reserve the right to substitute any items of equivalent or even higher value may occur when necessary.
