In the event that the recipient is not around, we can redeliver the gift at the next available date and time zone at a charge of $13.08(incl. Gst).
  • We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time or short time frame(10 - 11am) cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers' delivery routes scheduled for that day.


Delivery to Jurong Island or Marina Bay Sands.

For security reasons, Jurong Island or Marina Bay Sands (MBS) security office requires recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle. As such, recipient need to call Jurong Island or MBS's security office to arrange the necessary paperwork . We regret to inform that we will not be responsible for non-delivery if the recipient fails to arrange the above.



  • We understand that it is of utmost important to ensure your gift to be delivered on time. Therefore we reserve the right to substitute any items of equivalent or even higher value may occur when necessary.
